A generative AI workflow involves using AI models like ChatGPT to create content or make decisions automatically within a business process. It’s commonly used for generating emails, blogs, summaries, or customer responses as part of automated workflows.

The four typical stages of an AI workflow are: data collection and preparation, model development, deployment/integration, and monitoring/optimization. These stages ensure AI solutions are effective, scalable, and continuously improving.

Access to lectures and assignments depends on your type of enrollment. If you take a course in audit mode, you will be able to see most course materials for free.
